1.What is the meaning of Marketing Consultant?

A Marketing Consultant helps individuals or companies to create and improve their Business. Since a company consists of various departments, the Marketing Consultant provides guidance and training in making each department a very efficient one.

I do not deal with the financial/accounting/inventory/production areas.

2.What is the meaning of your Slogan : Vision. Action. Satisfaction?

I believe that any company should first visualise how the future should look, plan out the necessary activities needed, implement the activities, thus experiencing the satisfaction of achieving..

3. Is it enough if we consult you or do we also have to deal with other professionals like Chartered Accountants, Lawyers etc ?

I provide guidance in the steps you need to take. However to get certain activities done, you must use  the services of appropriate professionals. As an example, for Marketing, I can guide and provide overall design of the materials; and you should get those materials produced by using a good printer, agency etc.

4. Should we retain you as a consultant or can we consult you now and then depending on the problem?

If you need my assistance regularly, it is better to retain me on a half-yearly or yearly basis.
In case you need me for specific issues alone, you can consult me as and when required.

5.Can you help us in the event of a crisis?

It is better if I  am already associated with you before the crisis occurs. This makes it safe for me to function as I would be knowing your System.

Prevention is better than cure. But crisis are like accidents. It is better to prepare yourself a system to face a crisis.

But, NO, if we are not already associated I cannot help you during the crisis.

6. Do you provide only guidance or you also involve during the implementation?

If it is a small remedy for a problem, I provide only the guidance as you can get it done.

For new systems that I design, I provide training for the staff and also involve during the implementation.

7. Do you provide any user manual for the new systems you develop?

Yes, I provide user manuals if needed, so that it is easier to train and it will act as a reference guide among the staff.

8. How do we know whether you will be suitable for our company?

I agree that every one of us are concerned about selecting the right professionals to help us.

Since I am not selling any product, I cannot give a money back guarantee. Instead, I suggest a wonderful method.

You can discuss with me providing as many details about your problems / needs and also ask me questions on my views on various issues related to your industry.

Though I will not provide the complete solution at this time, I will be telling you what you should be doing and the reasons for the same. 

The next day when you feel we both are in the same level of thinking, we can work together.
